Project Overview
This company's website, as well as all of the digital marketing efforts, are my personal pet project. Working closely with a web developer, the goal was to provide the modern luxury traveller with a much better user experience and only slightly improve the recognizable yet outdated branding of the company. This job was my ongoing exercise in finding creative solutions on top of a lot of copywriting.

Working for TeCe (TravelConcierge and, later, Peak Ride) mostly revolved around bringing the company into the 21st century. Up until I joined the team, the company relied mostly on returning customers with practically non-existent online presence. Despite having very limited resources, I took charge of marketing operations and introduced various tools to attract a flow of new customers. A new website was launched, as well as an email marketing campaign, a Facebook page and paid social media ads.
My work was single-handed for a significant part of my employment, however I collaborated closely with a web developer in launching a new website. My colleagues helped with providing copy which I then proofread and edited according to self-established communication guidelines for the brand. Still, I took charge of much of the copywriting, as well as graphic design, photo and text editing in a custom CMS.
This project was a constant learning curve. With the goal in mind to help the company stay afloat, I took every opportunity I could to learn a new skill, try out a new tool and gain the theoretical as well as empirical knowledge.
My efforts towards establishing the company's presence online, including social media, and engaging the Polish outbound travel-oriented audience ensured an interest in the freshly launched website and new products despite dropping sales due to COVID-19. As most tailor-made travel companies in the area were closing their doors, we were one of the very few that remained in operations and the only one with an in-house marketing team.
